Eine Frage, hat hier schonmal jm versucht ob die Bälle es aushalten von einer Ballmaschine wie beim Tennis oder Baseball rausgeschossen zu werden? Sind am Überlegen ob es sich vllt. lohnen würde zum reaktions-drill^^...

good to see at least some people have a nice smooth floor to play on the floor i have to work with not so much I can't slide at all on that floor most of the time I sit crouched to move around instead of sliding forward I launch myself forward also my glasses don't fit in my helmet we are working on getting contacts but until then I play half blind I tried getting on a official team once but that floor was nice and smooth but because I never had experience playing on a floor that slippery before I was totally of balance

Salming shoes are based on that kind of shoe he's is wearing (wrestling shoes) the difference is that salming have slide protection.

No the guy in the video uses way to big movements with his legs, when you use that kind of movement it has to be short and quick moves so you easy can follow with the ball holder and still have balance and control.

Could this be released in english please ?

Don't know which ones he uses, but personally I use Unihoc's Shinguard Function SR (the long ones). After 1h30mins they're still in the same place as they were when I started and my knees don't hurt a bit. Always remember to stand up when the ball's far away from you. Saves the knees and gives better mobility + oversight of the game.

i would prefer precision kneepads. they are soft and feel good against your skin. they dont even slide off your knees cause it has that sticker kind of thingy :)
